Lake Sam Rayburn is nestled in the Piney Woods of Southeast Texas. Access the lake from a CORPS boatlaunch about a half mile from our gate. Sam Rayburn is the largest reservoir in Texas, measuring 79 miles long with over 600 miles of shoreline. While you're visiting us, enjoy fishing, swimming, canoing or boat out to one of the many islands for quiet relaxation sunbathing, fishing or building a sand castle. After a busy day of water sports stop for dinner at one of the great seafood restaurants surrounding the lake.
